Each year SHHRPP gives out two awards. The first is the SHHRPP Human Resources Best Practice Award which recognizes a member(s) of the society who has initiated innovative human resources programs or practices within their organization. The second is the SHHRPP Distinguished Human Resources Professional Award which recognizes a member of the society for outstanding service to SHHRPP, local chapters, ASHHRA and/or the Human Resources profession.
